[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b28 released

I uploaded it. Use the script download feature to get it.

I don't recall what the bugs are (or even, in retrospect, whether  
there were any). I only did some sanity checking. I'll let you check  
out whether or not it's working to spec.
