[APBeta] Enhancement Request - URLs in Notes field

I submitted a similar enhancement request (#1891) a while back, but my 
thought was to have an option to associate a link with the object ID rather 
than in the notes. Click the ID and user-definable page opens up.

This uses an otherwise static field, and frees up the notes for ... 
well....notes.  :)
