[APBeta] Sorting/Column problems

Seeing that many of you are experiencing problems/crashes with either  
list column manipulation or sorting, let me just state: this problem  
seems to be associated with plans that have been converted from V1 to  
V2, in particular those with existing user-defined fields. I am aware  
of the problem, but it's a tricky one to locate and fix. I'm going to  
make another major attempt at it next week.

The problem does not seem to occur with plans created in V2, nor with  
downloaded user-contributed plans (even if they contain user-defined  
fields - e.g. the NSOG plans).

So the workaround seems to be:

a. recreate the plan from scratch in V2.

or

b. "Export" the plan using "Export->Save as Text" and reimport that  
(I'm not sure how effective this will be).
