Sorry about that. When the app starts, the image database is  
initialised before the catalogues. The last beta starts a thread  
during image database startup that uses catalogues to fix up the  
database. So we have a potential chicken/egg situation. I have fixed  
it. I will release 2.0b43 in an hour or two which should fix this  
nastiness (and some others).
