[APBeta] ETX Telescope control

Hi,

    testing the control of the telescope ETX-70AT, I noticed that I 
can not connect. Noting that sends commands to the window I see the 
data stream that sends #: GVN #, #: GR #, etc..

    The correct commands are not prefixed with #. The # sign is used 
as a suffix

    The correct commands are: GVN #: GR #, etc..

    This is a bug in the program, i think.
