In theory that should work. I recall that others have reported the  
loop/crash. It's just that I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.  
I'll have a look today. If I had _my_ way I'd remove the "what plan  
was used to make this observation" feature and the problem would go  
away. However, some users feel it's important.

While I remember, 2.0b46 (the next release) will change the Obs  
Database in such a fashion that it won't be usable in 2.0b45 or  
before. Just a heads-up.
