[APBeta] Default reticle colors...

The colour defined in the FOV settings is now the "Default Reticle  
Colour" and is used as the default starting colour for new imager  
reticles, eyepiece reticles, etc. Once, say, an imager resource is  
defined, it takes on its own colour and can be changed. If you change  
the Default colour above, it won't affect any of the imager resource  
colours.

However, perhaps you are referring to something else. I should  
probably test it out.
