[APBeta] Default reticle colors...

Hi Paul,

Changing the default imager reticle color does not seem to be working  
correctly. When I change it by clicking the preferences icon in the  
FOV window, it does not change in either the FOV window or the DSS  
image overlay (though the first time I tried it, it did change here).  
However, it I leave it changed, quit AP and then restart AP the new  
color appears in both places.
