[APBeta] V2 Internet Connection Problem - UPDATE - Resolved

Problem has been resolved.  I failed to do one critical step, probably after
resetting the TCP-IP Stack, I did not reboot the system.  After doing so,
the error goes away and V2 works fine with the Internet.  This might be a
good thing for future reference for anyone else who might have this problem.
