[APBeta] a30 crash report

Thanks<g>.  I'll leave the configuration of the two machines alone.  Let me
know if you need info on which cats are installed, configs, prefs etc. etc.

I have one XP machine with no AP installation on it.  I could use it for a
'clean' install if needed.
