[APBeta] Scrollwheel

I tried this on the Mac.  On step 3, the scroll wheel continues to  
function, as expected for normal operation.  No problems observed.

On some tabs with multiple lists, I would have to click on a list to  
set focus before the scroll wheel would function, but that's expected  
behavior.
