[APBeta] Logging in AP v2

Paul,

Are you sufficiently happy with the stability of AP v2 now for people like
myself to log into AP v2 permanently?

This is not a huge issue for me, as I have been instructed by the medical
people to effectively put my observing on hold and not observe until the New
Year. However I am hoping to ask for an opportunity to get out in two weeks
time, due to a long weekend here in New Zealand and a New Moon to coincide.
I hope the weather obliges.

Anyway. I have been playing around with a few things in my log and now no
longer wish to go back to AP v1.6 and then have to reconvert to AP v2. Too
many tweaks and changes to the log.
