[APBeta] V2.0b1 re-released

Some joy.  I can now get through running V2.0b1 and saving an untitled plan.  However, after that, opening another plan crashes.

I also tried opening the second plan by double-clicking (without V2.0b1 running).  I got it to open fine a couple of times, so I don't think it's the plan itself.  But a couple of other times it crashed when trying to open it.

I also got a nil object exception opening a second plan (while one was already open).  This didn't freeze the app so I sent it off to you.  (Interestingly, I hit continue after that and everything seemed more or less fine.)

BTW: love the new splitter between the Object list and the observations stuff on the Observations tab, but it doesn't seem to remember where I left it across file close/open.
