[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0a29 released

Hi Paul,

In my PC: XP Professional, SP3. The last versions are very unstable.
I must be erasing the database file to be able to start.

To create and save a new observation, work correctly, but it is probable 
that when tries to start again the program crash and is closed.
