No - it was fixing the bug on Friday 13th  :^)

Actually, I'm not sure why your system didn't work. However, the  
workaround should handle any situation.

This is now standard behaviour, since there is no longer a "main  
window" enclosing everything (i.e. plan documents). So when you close  
the last window you have two options: close the entire app, or bring  
up that dialog in order to keep going (since there's no longer any way  
of communicating with the windowless app. Although the startup time is  
quite snappy, I decided to do it that way. I could just let the  
application quit when you close the last window.

What says everyone?

Note: Although it's probably a bit dodgy right now, I do plan to get  
it working so that you can double click a plan document to open it.
