[APBeta] AP2.0b13 FOV smaller - found general problem

I think I have found the general problem. When I open a plan, there
are three things that are too small, the DSS image on the Objects
page, the FOV picture on the FOV page and the Sky picture on the Sky
page. Resizing the plan makes them all go to the correct size.
