[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0a20 released

I have started logging out-and-out bugs via the bug reporter.  But I was still sending suggestions in via email to give other beta testers a chance to pipe up with "no, don't do that, that's a horrible idea".

But I can do those via the reporting mechanism too if you'd prefer....
