Once installed, the app works great, starts quickly, no complaints.<br>

If I run the installer a second time, it starts right up. It seems
to only occur the first time I run a new version after downloading.<br>
<br>
FWIW, I'm an ethical hacker by profession, I used to write OS code
in x86 assembly in a previous life, but I can't even hazard a guess
as to why this is happening. If I had more time I'd run it in a
debugger, but I've just been too busy lately.<br>

Again, Win7 x64 Ultimate on an i5 with Zone Alarm Security Suite. I
tried disabling ZA and, it made no difference.<br>
