Steve,<br><br>It should be easy.<br><br>Maybe fix the date to the date of the plan to the date you want to log (e.g 04/04/2004 9:00pm).<br><br>Enter the first observation, including the Session Data. Then move down to the next object in the plan, start a new observation, and the date/time will be the same as the previous object....and keep going till your done.<br>

This has tripped me up a few times. Or pop up a window that suggests that the time selected is during the day?<br>
