This is a good idea, however, I think the user should choose. Prompt the user to say that sending the prefs file will assist and get the user to say yes or no.<br><br>This puts the user in control of the decision and removes the responsibility from you Paul.<br>

You have a point there. I don't think there's anything personal in there, unless you have a path with a folder named as your mother's maiden name or your social security number.<br>

I could make it the default and allow a user to deselect it if they see fit.<br>
