[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.4b10 released

Um, I actually downloaded and set up the supplied plan files to try this and got distracted, so I'm not sure if that issue is fixed by some of the other merge changes I made. I'll prioritise #7209 as the next bug to tackle and let you know if I can reproduce the issue.
