[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.3b1 released

Folks,

I am moving V2.3 into beta. I really need to get this thing released soon, since the next Mac OS, due in Sept/Oct, will be 64-bit only. I will be only fixing bugs from now until release (unless a change/new feature is important and trivial/safe to implement). I have very limited time on my hands, so I will concentrate mainly on reported bugs in the beta releases as well as the recent alpha releases only. Report away…
