[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.3a27 released

I’m afraid this version of the alpha doesn’t work so well on Windows 7. I have been made aware of yet-another-strategy which should restore internet capabilities on Win 7. I hope to get to it in the next few days. Windows is my nemesis.
