[APBeta] "Experimental" 64-bit versions of V2.3a16

For those who like to live at the bleeding edge, I have uploaded versions of the latest alpha that has been compiled for 64-bit using an early alpha version of the latest compiler and framework, which purports to reduce “flicker” on Windows.

Windows:

www.astroplanner.net/beta/files/AstroPlannerWindows64-bit.zip

Unzip the folder and launch the application inside without disturbing the other files therein (I haven’t gotten a 64-bit installer ready yet). 

macOS:

www.astroplanner.net/beta/files/AstroPlannerMac64-bit.app.zip <http://www.astroplanner.net/beta/files/AstroPlannerMac64-bit.app.zip>

Unzip and run the application.

I have done minimal testing.

All comments, positive or negative, greatly appreciated, and if there are any issues not present in the 32-bit version PLEASE tell me about them.
