Hi Paul
Flicker was only a minor irritation for me, but this version does seem to suffer less. Have not tested any other functions.

Subject: [APBeta] "Experimental" 64-bit Windows version
For those who like to live at the bleeding edge, I have uploaded a version of the latest Windows alpha that has been compiled for 64-bit using an early alpha version of the latest compiler and framework, which purports to reduce “flicker”.
www.astroplanner.net/beta/files/AstroPlanner64-bit.zip
Unzip the folder and launch the application inside without disturbing the other files therein (I haven’t gotten a 64-bit installer ready yet). I have done minimal testing.
I’d be interested to hear if you perceive flicker to be improved, and if there are any issues not present in the 32-bit version.
Paul R.
