Probably not. The warning notice is about backwards compatibility. V2.2b2 makes changes to plan documents rendering them incompatible with V2.2b1 or before. Well, you might be able to open them in previous versions, and even make changes, but you will/might lose information.

If you are dedicated to using the latest beta until V2.2 is released, then you have no worries (apart from using beta software which might bork something important).
