[APBeta] V2.2 entering beta

Folks,

I have reached the limits of putting new stuff into V2.2. From now on I will be fixing as many bugs as I can before release. I know several of you were hoping for certain features to be implemented, but I need to call it a day and get V2.2 in the bag in the next few weeks.

There are reasons for this other than the obvious ones:

(a) I will be leaving for a 3 week trip in a month's time to a destination with no computer and only rudimentary Internet connectivity, and

(b) I have called it quits on trying to make enough money to live on by creating and selling my own products. It's just too difficult and time-consuming. Hence I am busy arranging a full-time "day job" (doing boring stuff that is entirely non-astronomical in nature, but pays well). AstroPlanner will go back to being a weekend/evening hobby exercise. I don't know whether there will ever be a V3, but I do plan to convert the Mac OS version from Carbon to Cocoa at some stage.

Paul R.
