[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0.1b7 released

Hi all

Anyone having a problem with AP V2.0.1b7 not connecting or loading the
User Contributed Plans, Scripts or Catalogue Manager? This occurred
around 1:30am tonight.

This is a BETA pre-release. This means it is still a work in progress.
At this stage, new features are unlikely to be added. This version may
contain bugs and inconsistencies. Please report them. Use it at your own
risk.
