[APBeta] Can't slew to objects

I think I may have found my problem.  I had version of my USB to 
serial file that was not designed for Windows 7.  I downloaded the 
Windows 7 file.  Now, I just need to see whether the new file will 
work with AP.  Cloudy tonight but tomorrow should be good.
