 I have MS security essentials on Win764 and have never had AP
installer flagged.

I too have been ignoring Microsoft for almost two years. Works like a charm.

Paul,

 

The installer was flagged by Google Chrome (v17) as malicious...didn't stop
me from installing it though. ;-)

 

Any reason for that?
