Notes:
a. Not too many user-reported bugs fixed, but many cosmetic problems addressed, and several bugs that occurred while documenting the app were fixed.
b. Main reason for this release was that b109 expires tomorrow I believe.
c. I'm hoping that this will be the last beta. The next release will be a final candidate (i.e. what will be released barring any show-stopper bugs). However, I am making no promises. I _really_ want to put this to bed, drink a beer, and start work on V2.1* (and probably V2.0.1**).

Paul R.

* 1. Adding back AAVSO features, 2. Scripting manual, 3. Completing scripting framework.
** Fixing the thousand bugs that suddenly appear when I drop V2.0 on the unsuspecting masses + the 500 still outstanding, but non-reproducible.
