[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b105 released

Hi Paul

I filed a bug report last night. I am unable to use AP v2.0b105 at all.
I am getting hard crashes each time I access the fov tab when changing
the EP or using a set FOV. I have reverted back to v104 for now.

Note: I did a major refactoring of the FoV chart code to try and resolve
the crashing problem. I think it has been resolved. However, please
report any differences you might see in the FoV chart appearance or
behaviour.
