[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b104 released

Paul: this version fixed printing for me - it prints out beautiful finding
charts on the same Mac OS X machine that was crashing when doing
the same thing under V2.0b103 last night.

Well done! I promise that when you finally release this thing
I will do my part to give you a little more income to report
on your taxes next year. :-)
