Reverting back to the previous compiler resolves the issue with Win 7.

Just to prove that it works, heres a screenshot from Win 7. Note that I also minimised both the page setup margins and the AP Printer preferences margins to maximise the amount of usable page area. I also switched on Telrad display in the Naked eye chart, although it's a bit small to see here.

I'll get 2.0b104 out soon with the fix (and possibly add the "which chart is the biggest" option).
