[APBeta] All printing seems to crash

For some reason I am not getting the AP crash when printing finder charts on
Win 7 64-bit. The charts print fine.   I do have an issue in that I cannot
change the telescope selection when the chart is set up.  The only option I
have is for the first scope in my resources file (and it is not selected for
use).
