That looks real slick Paul! I have no plans to export observation 
reports to HTML but I'm generally interested in XML to HTML conversion. 
If you could summarize which tools you used that would be great. I did a 
Google search and several tools came up and I'm slightly familiar with 
XSLT http://www.w3schools.com/xsl/default.asp.
