[APBeta] Does the plan file get modified as soon as it's opened?

Hi Paul,

I generally keep the date/time to actual although I've been surprised to 
see the 'fix date' checkbox checked after selecting the 'local 
date/time' option from the popup menu. Probably a Macism that translates 
poorly to Windows :)
