[APBeta] Mac printing debug

Mac users who are getting the printing crash:

Please try again with AP V2.0b95. I'm expecting that the app will crash, but I have added some code that writes some debug information to the console. 

After the crash occurs, please run the Console application (in /Applications/Utilities), Select Console Messages on the left, and you should see some text that looks like this:
