[APBeta] Losing resources

Every once in a while, I upgrade AP to the next V2 beta and lose all of my resources. A real source of frustration. I sent a few bug reports, but as I read the list there are not a lot of problems like mine. At first, I thought it was the download application, but not many others were complaining. Then, I thought it was a problem with my Mac. But, still, there was those times when I upgraded with no problems.

I bought a new MacBook Pro. I thought my problems were over... 

I just upgraded to V2.0b96 and lost all my resources. I sent a bug report. But this time I realized something that occurred to me before. I'm using Firefox as my primary browser. It seems that whenever I upgrade to the newest beta after a Firefox update AP installs as if it was not previously installed, that is, as a new program and not an upgrade. As I said, this has occurred to me before: upgrade Firefox...upgrade AP...lose resources.

Am I nuts, or can there be a relationship between updating Firefox and losing AP resources.
