[APBeta] Moonrise Time and Daylight Savings

Paul,
I understand now. The visibility indicator is clear because it is centered on midnight, but having two moon indicators that show different results is not so clear. Though it may not make total sense, I would prefer that the Moon info box indicate moon rise or set for the current viewing period, i.e. between astronomical twilight dusk and astronomical twilight dawn. At the very least there should be some indication of why the two indicators will not always agree.
I hasten to add that this is not a huge deal to me, particularly now that I know how it works.
