[APBeta] Error message one first run of 2.0b79

This happens occasionally (except to me). It's a difficult one to track down as it's a bug in the framework I use, and I can't detect it happening from within the app itself. The compiler vendor has no clue either. I have tried various methods of getting around it, but as you can see, they don't work.
