After more than half a decade of whining, and denial from the vendor, the bug report: "Tabpanel contents flickers when Tabpanel is resized on Windows" has been fixed (as well as several other "Windows flickering" issues). This should make AP a lot nicer on Windows. Hopefully this fix will be available soon (probably a few beta releases in the future). Paul R.
