[APBeta] External catalogs and FoV

Ahh... I was looking for it in the Catalog list, but it appears in the Display Options list.

The star in question, since I'm sure you're all wondering, is USNOB1 1297-0279611. ;)

I clicked on FoV Preferences and enabled USNO B1.0 (with the on-line radio button selected), but I can't figure out how to get AP to tell me the ID of a star which shows up in a background image in the FoV tab.  (Or, for that matter, how to get AP to draw the USNO B1.0 stars into the FoV, although I don't really need that part.)

Once you've enabled at least one external catalogue, a new section appears in the FoV Options with those external catalogues listed. Selecting the relevant checkboxes should make the stars appear.
