[APBeta] plan wizard database & startup

Hi Paul,
At startup there is still this timeconsuming plan wizard thread. Even if nothing has changed in preferences/catalogues it seems to go to identical processes every time. Although I really appreciate the plan wizard feature, I rarely use it. Isn't it possible to have a possibility to skip the wizard threat except if you want to use it? I know I can uninstall many catalogues, but that would be a bit of a reocurring hassle to me.
Just a thought...
