[APBeta] Possible preference bug??

[David Crum]

While looking through the latest build and the preference file I
noticed that my default site (Swamp site) was chosen but the latitude
and longitude were not displayed (zeros and grayed out).  Not sure if
this is normal or not??  I have attached a screen shot.
