[APBeta] APBeta Digest, Vol 27, Issue 6

Very strange!  I have copies of the download from 6/12, 7/1, and 7/3 
2300 hrs GMT all of which have file size 15, 682 KB and I just 
downloaded this morning and file size is 16,190  KB as you noted.  
Installed over the top of 2.0b83 and result is 2.0b83 as expected.

Not sure I understand how I got my hands crossed but all is well now.
