If the truth be told, this is more about incentivising me to work on the "manual" than it is about providing you with a spiffy help system :^)

Since the demise of FrameMaker on the Mac (you hear that Jeff?) I have been forced to use MS Word for writing long technical documents. Sadly, MS Word just doesn't do anything for me. In fact it crashes every time I quit and loses my preferences changes (a known bug). MS don't seem concerned about this at all - esp. as I'm a Mac user. There are other good (and much cheaper) products for the Mac (e.g. Mellel), but I just don't feel like climbing the learning curve, so HTML it is.
