[APBeta] is edit the whole window for the annotations possible?

Hello Paul,

In the NOTES-Window, we can see with right-click and EDIT-WINDOW the whole
window. Is that possible in the ANNOTATIONS-Window in the Objects-tab and in
the OBJECT-ANNOTATION-Window in the Observation-tab too?
