Indeed; well done, Paul.

The resizing of the parts of the Observations tab is now much better.  It does fail to redraw some of the whitespace, leaving traces of what was there, but dragging the window off screen and back on fixes it up.  (Clicking back to the Objects tab and then back to the Observations tab also fixes it.  Resizing again within the Observations tab does not.)
