[APBeta] Custom template disappears after update to b87

Normally AP will start in a few seconds. There have been a few updates that
AP too a little while on first startup but cpu activity was up a bit. I did
give it about 10 minutes this time but cpu activity was really low so I
figured the splash screen was waiting on a dialog I had only got a glimpse
of. I gave it the old three-finger salute (only ended AP) and on the next
startup I managed to grab the dialog and move it where it would not be
covered by the splash screen. After reading and answering the question AP
came up. I could not tab between windows to get to the dialog. It always
remained behind the splash.

The splash screen should disappear when that happens. I have tweaked the
code to make sure it does. I'll do a final test next time I crank up
Windows.
